This week I was in the Bronx and counseled two girls. I would like to write about how different each situation was and how they only saw one way to finish that situation: Abortion
The first one was 28 and she wanted to have an abortion because of her physical problems. She had an abortion when she was 17 and after that she had 3 miscarriages as a consequence of the abortion. She said that she was about to die in her last pregnancy when she miscarried because she lost a lot of blood after the miscarriage and she was really scared about her situation. She said she did not want to have an abortion, but she did not want another miscarriage either. It was difficult to talk to her, her situation was really hard. I prayed for her to not have an abortion, because the consequences could be very dangerous and the baby should live.
