The streets in Queens

One of the other jobs we have during this internship is standing on the street and talking to people who pass by about abortion and life. we give out pamphlets, in Spanish and in English and we have baby models we can show them.
the street we work on in Queens is a very busy and interesting street, people are very nice and open to the fact that we are there to help and to give information about the amazing gift of life and especially the horrors of abortion, it sis reassuring and hopefully to work in Queens because people stop to thanke us for the work we are doing. We have made friends with store managers and workers on our same street, it is like were a big team. even tough were not actually counseling and we do not know the direct consequence of our job there, I truly believe that our work there is essential, that information will slowing sink in to there life's,and the day that they find themselfs in need that will remember us and will go find that pamphlet and call our clinics for help. so when people pass us by and call us losers, that do not have the long term vision that we do and that is why we are there every day, rain, heat, snow or blizzard.
