A couple weeks ago, we opened up a new office in Queens in Astoria/Long Island City. We are only opening up a couple days a week, but just in the first two days we had very inspiring things happening. The first day we had a woman who came in, with her young son, feeling like she could not afford another child. She was about 15 weeks, but she was completely decided against having the two-day surgical procedure. Carolina brought up adoption, which is almost always met with a response of "Absolutely not!" or "Are you crazy?" Not with this woman! She immediately decided that was the best choice for her. She came in to the Jackson Heights office the next day to meet with the adoption agent to begin the process.
