Broken Condoms, Broken Thinking

Birth control does not work. Almost every woman I see says that she was on the pill, using a condom, or some other form of "protection" when she thinks she got pregnant. I commonly hear of women blaming their pregnancy on a condom malfunction. However, rubber is a naturally porous material and sperm is small enough to cross through even if it doesn't break. So is the problem really a broken condom, or broken thinking?

For all those who do not oppose birth control for moral or medical reasons, they should at least oppose it for the fact that it is ineffective. Companies that provide all different forms of birth control are making loads of bucks for a product that doesn't work. All the reasons for why birth control is unsafe and immoral is a whole other argument in itself. But if you are considering using birth control, don't! Simply put, it is just a waste of time and money.
