Breaking News

Yesterday the judge granted preliminary injunction. The abortion law will not go into effect tomorrow - Praise the Lord! This law would have required our pregnancy centers to disclose the list of services that we do not provide (abortions, emergency contraceptives) and make these dislosures verbally as well as on all advertisements.

The judge declared this to be unconstitutional - it "violates the constitutionally protected rights to freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and association, freedom of the press, and due process of law, guaranteed to the plaintiffs by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution, as well as the New York Constitution." (LifeNews.com "Judge Halts New York City Law Attacking Pregnancy Centers)

The battle is not over yet but the Lord is doing great things in NYC.
