My experience as an active pro-lifer in New York started at the Bronx and Queen's centers. Before I got in
touch with the mothers, I had to learn about how to counsel them. I saw experienced counselors in action.
It really impressed me how dedicated they where, how they got involved in the mother's problems, as if they
were theirs. They strongly believed in the unborn child's rights and defended them. Their attitudes and
knowledge reinforced my will to help mothers and babys in tough situations.
I found out there is quite a lot of people out there making an effort to save babys lifes. Either by praying or
counseling, we all contribute to making this place a little bit safer for the babys to come.
