My arrival

Hello, I'm Javier, a spanish volunteer from Bilbao. I have come to stay until august and today has been my first day in the abortion clinics. I have been with Liz in the Bronx and we have been talking with a young girl who wanted to have an abortion but she was afraid of her parents. After an hour of talk she has gone with a clear idea of what abortion means and the risks and alternatives that she can takes. It's has been a bit shoking for me at first but I have the googd feeling of helping a person in this big problem. I hope that we help lots of people in this month!
