Informing the People of Queens and Mourning the Death of 37 yo Abortion Victim

Just days after the death of Alexandra Nuñez, from a severed artery at the hand of her abortionist. EMC hit the streets to raise awareness about the risks of abortion and to mourn the death of this Queens woman and beloved mother of four.

A-1 Women's Center is one of ten abortion clinics in the one mile stretch that makes up Abortion Row. This area of Queens has been one of the NYC 40 Days for Life campaigns for several years now. Noteworthy also is the recent opening of EMC's newest Crisis Pregnancy Center, located just five blocks from the abortion clinic where Alexandra was fatally wounded. Here we offer free pregnancy tests, free sonograms, and free options counseling. I can't help but think of how things could have been different, had she only come to speak with us first. Maybe if she had known all of the information and known all of her options, she would still be here today. An investigation by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct is underway. We look forward to the day when there will be justice for Alexandra.
