A cultural trip

In last week trip we worked a lot in pro-life staff but also we had time to learn more about American history because we went to several museums. I remember specially the one of civil rights in Birmingham because we learnt a lot about racism in the states and how black people fought for their rights.

The other museum was the one of the frontiers. It was in Virginia. It showed the different cultures that came to Virginia near 1700. They had reproductions of the typical houses and people inside them spoke us about the costumes of the people that lived there. We had the opportunity to see a forge and he told us how the spaniards came to America and their purpose in this land. It was a great trip in which we learned a lot
